Our Services
Passive Investment
You can invest your money short to medium term to generate fantastic returns (5%-10%) without having to do a thing. A simple bank transfer and a signed loan agreement will allow us to implement one of our proven investment strategies and then once the property has been re-financed/sold, you will have the opportunity to reinvest your money or simply receive your initial investment back, plus interest.
JV Partnership
We work with you in partnership to build a joint property portfolio. As a joint venture investor, you simply provide us with the investment and we give you access to our skills, knowledge and experience. Together, we build a joint property portfolio, 50/50, under an independent SPV and both parties benefit from the excellent returns.
Security
We treat your money like our money. We offer you high returns and safety because our deals are vetted by ourselves. If we don’t think the deal works for us then we don’t proceed with the deal. We ensure solid data, research and comparable data points to de-risk the investment and outcome. Generally, we have multiple exits on each property, meaning that we are covered in the unlikely event that our primary exit doesn’t go to plan. Depending on the amount Invested, your money will have the highest possible security we can offer. This starts off as a loan agreement between yourself and the company that holds the asset.
